A sample of Rye. Jim bought some English stipel cheese (may not be spelled right) and a roll. On our way to rye we passed wind mills, old and new, fields dotted with sheep, and more of those amazing yellow fields we saw in france. The seeds are used to make canola oil. We rode over the chunnel, someday I would like to ride a train thru the chunnel. We also saw fields of bluebells growing in the local forests. If you visit amys blog you have seen how incrtedibly beautiful they are. Since I was in a moving bus it was hard to get a picture but the sight of them almost makes you want to gasp at the beauty.
