Sweden is very proactive. This green used to be the kings hunting grounds, but now is a national eco park. They have done research that shows if you spend time every day out in the green you will be healthier. They are very environmentally concerned. They also have free college education and give each student 200 eruos / month to live on and you can borrow 500 more / month if you need it. I like this system better than welfare, these people will eventually be tax payers.
