This is the changing of the guard, done daily at noon, in front of the kings palace. The palace has one more room than Buckingham palace, of which they are proud. Their kings are named Gustav and Karl. Norway has not been at war since 1814. That was when they defeated Norway and from 1814 - 1905 they governed norway. Since norways's independence, they think of them as a "little brother".
